ABOUT CHLOE
Chloe is a fully qualified McTimoney Animal Practitioner and Equine Body Worker®
Chloe has been brought up around a variety of animals, including horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs and rabbits to name just a few, but has always had an especially keen interest in horses from a very early age. Chloe always wanted to work with animals and was particularly interested in how alternative therapies could help the horse and dog in so many different ways. It was from having her own pony treated for a back problem that made Chloe realise the benefits of spinal manipulation and while studying for her degree she decided that the McTimoney treatment was what most interested her out of all the therapies available.
Chloe has competed in show jumping and eventing and her proudest moment was when she won the Ponies UK National Championships on her pony Snip. From always having horses Chloe was destined to have a career working in the equine industry and her studies started with a National Diploma at Lackham College in Applied Science Animal Management. From there Chloe went onto graduate from the University of the West of England - Hartpury College - with a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science. After completing her degree Chloe took a two year course gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in McTimoney Animal Manipulation (validated by the University of Wales). While studying for the McTimoney course, Chloe also worked at a local veterinary practice which gave her a great deal of experience in handling many types of animals and further educating herself about a wide variety of conditions.
Chloe is also a qualified Equine Body Worker® which she completed through Equinenergy Ltd. This qualification allows Chloe to use Equine Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy which she finds very beneficial to the horses she treats particularly alongside the McTimoney treatment.
As Chloe is originally from Westbury, Wiltshire she is keen to keep a good client base in this area and therefore is based part of the week in Swindon and part of the week in Westbury. Chloe covers most of Wiltshire and the surrounding area.
